MORI-NU LITE MISO DIP

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Morinaga Silken Tofu - Lite Firm

    1/2 cup white miso

    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion

    2 cloves garlic

    1/4 tsp. turmeric

    3 tbs. olive oil

    2 Tbsp. brown rice vinegar

Preparation:

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with chips or veggies, or use as salad dressing.
