Ingredients:

  • 1 package Morinaga Silken Tofu - Extra Firm

    1Tbsp miso paste

    2 Tbsp sugar

    2 Tbsp sesame paste*

    1Tbsp sesame seeds

    1 (10oz) package frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry


    *Tahini or peanut butter can be substituted.

Preparation:

Drain tofu well and mash with a fork. Mix evenly with other ingredients and serve chilled or at room temperature.
