Walnut Sauce

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil

  • 1 Tbsp. water

  • 1 Tbsp. Morinaga Silken Tofu – Soft

  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce


GLUTEN FREE:

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos can be substituted

  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

  • 1 tsp. honey

  • 1 tsp. ketchup

  • 1 1/2 cup black or English walnuts, finely chopped

  • Pepper to taste

PREPARATION


  1. Mix all ingredients except walnuts and blend until smooth. Add walnuts and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate approximately 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve with bite-size cubes of Morinaga Silken Tofu – Lite Firm, Firm, or Extra Firm.
